Silverlands has acknowledged these farmers’ struggles and in 2016, established a world-class poultry training center (PTC) that provides thorough training to farmers to ensure they have a strong foundation in basic poultry management. What sets this training facility apart from others, is the practical aspect of the training offered. So many so-called poultry experts are offering one-day seminars, which may be useful for the more experienced farmer, but do not benefit the beginner in poultry farming.
