We collect personal data directly from individuals and may also receive it indirectly from third parties such as service providers, regulatory authorities, or during legitimate business interactions.

We process personal data based on consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and contractual necessity, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities where required by law, and we do not sell personal data. Any cross-border transfer of data is carried out in compliance with applicable legal safeguards under the Personal Data Protection Act.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the intended purpose, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised, and we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Individuals have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict their personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints with the relevant authority, and requests can be sent to pdpc@silverlands.co.tz.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age, and any such data identified will be deleted, while our website may use cookies that users can manage through browser settings, and we are not responsible for third-party websites linked from ours.
